The ATS experienced a disruption in resume parsing beginning at 11:00am ET. Resumes submitted during this time were received; however, parsing of those resumes was interrupted. This may impact candidate matching and keyword search reporting for affected resumes. The issue was resolved at 1:42pm ET. All impacted resumes have been successfully reprocessed.
